1. Who you agree with
These terms are between you and EvolvLabs, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company at 6028 Monroe Ave, Sykesville, MD 21784, USA, which runs vision5. How we handle personal information is in the privacy statement, which is part of what you accept.
2. What the service is
vision5 hosts digital business cards. You build a card, publish it, and hand it over as a link, a QR code, an NFC tap or an email signature. A visitor can download your contact file and, if you turn the exchange on, send their own details back to you.
3. Your account and your team
You sign in with an email address and a password. An account can belong to several teams; each team is one workspace and owns its own cards, contacts, policies and settings. An owner or administrator of a team may invite people, change their role, suspend them, or remove them. Removing a member takes their cards offline and moves their assigned contacts to another owner or administrator of the same team. It does not delete their account or their other memberships.
4. What you publish
You are responsible for what your cards say and where their buttons lead. Destinations are limited to https, http, mailto and tel addresses. An email address on a published card must be one you have confirmed on this account.
You may not use vision5 to impersonate another person or organisation, to collect credentials or payments under false pretences, or to distribute malware. Every public card carries a report link. Staff may take a card offline when a report is upheld; the reason is recorded.
5. Other people's details
Contacts collected through the exchange are other people's personal data, held by the team, not by you personally. Handle them accordingly: answer deletion requests, export or delete on request, and do not pass them on beyond what the person was told at the time.
6. What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted, that a custom domain will resolve, or that a printed offline contact code can be revoked — it cannot, and the console says so beside the switch.
7. Paid plans
Every feature is free while vision5 launches, and nothing is charged until paid plans open. The plans and prices are published at vision5.com/pricing, and you choose whether to move to one. If a paid plan ends or you move to a smaller one, no live card is taken offline: cards above the new limit become read-only and keep serving their last published version, and a connected domain keeps serving.
8. Ending it
You may delete a team or your whole account from the console. A team deletion has a fourteen-day cancellation period, during which published cards keep serving and editing stops. After that the content is purged and its addresses stay reserved for twelve months so that a printed code cannot be reissued to someone else.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks section 4, and will say why.
9. Changes
When this wording changes, the version is raised and you are asked to read and accept the new one before continuing. Every version you accepted is kept, with its text.
